Our pre-employment programme aims to upskill and empower women to enter construction, increasing diversity and inclusion and helping to address the skills gap in the sector.

As well as getting hands-on training a range of construction skills and learning about new technologies and modern methods of construction, participants get a CSCS card that provides proof they have the appropriate training and qualifications for the job they do on site.

Our goal is to support talented women to work at Holloway Park, where we have committed to creating 51 apprenticeships during the construction phase.
