Peabody, in partnership with London Square and the Mayor of London, are delivering Holloway Park. We want to create a place that everyone can be proud of. With 985 new homes (including 60% affordable); residential amenity spaces; and a dedicated Women’s Building, Holloway Park will support future generations of Islington residents, while acknowledging the important history of this site.

Explore this website to find out all about the iconic history and exciting future of Holloway Park. You’ll also find updates on our construction progress, details about upcoming events, and contact information to reach our team.
We host a monthly drop-in session where anyone can pop in and have a chat with us to find out more about the project. These take place on the first Wednesday of every month from 2:30pm – 4pm or from 5pm to 7pm, alternating afternoons and evenings, (if times vary we will notify you via our monthly newsletter) at our project office in the former Holloway Prison Visitors Centre, Parkhurst Rd, N7 OAF. Please come along if you’d like to chat.
Our next drop-in session will be on: Wednesday 7th January 2025 between 2.30pm and 4pm
Phases 2 & 3 consultation – get involved
Over the past year, Peabody has been working with the local community to update our plans for Phases 2 and 3 of Holloway Park in response to changing building regulations and market conditions.
We would like to thank everyone who has taken part in our consultation so far. This began in December 2024, when we held a ‘Meet the Team’ event to introduce the new design team looking at the next phases of the redevelopment of Holloway Park. Since then, we’ve continued the conversation through a series of events and activities.
In spring 2025, we shared our early design work and approach for Phases 2 and 3 and welcomed over 60 people to two drop-in exhibitions at the Cat & Mouse Library on 3 and 5 April 2025. We also hosted two design workshops focused on shaping the public spaces and landscape at Holloway Park. We are grateful to everyone who took the time to come to one of these events or complete our survey.
Share your views on our latest proposals!
Thank you to everyone who attended our latest public events at the Cat and Mouse Library on 4 and 6 December. We’re grateful to everybody who took the time to attend our events or complete our survey. If you weren’t able to attend, you can still view all the materials presented at our events HERE.
Once you’ve read through the exhibition materials, please feel free to complete our online survey to provide your feedback on the updated proposals ahead of our submission of a planning application to Islington Council in early 2026. You can complete the survey HERE. Please note the online survey will run until Monday 5 January.
Following our engagement so far, we have published two reports summarising the feedback we heard – one from the exhibitions and one for the workshops. We have also published a set of FAQs that address key questions raised by the local community. These will be updated in the new year to reflect the questions raised throughout our latest consultation. You can view all these documents, alongside our exhibition materials below:
We are fully considering all feedback as we prepare to submit a planning application for Phases 2 and 3 of Holloway Park. To stay up to date on the latest developments, please sign up to our mailing list. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].
