Peabody, in partnership with London Square and the Mayor of London, are delivering Holloway Park. We want to create a place that everyone can be proud of. With 985 new homes (including 60% affordable); residential amenity spaces; and a dedicated Women’s Building, Holloway Park will support future generations of Islington residents, while acknowledging the important history of this site.
Explore this website to find out all about the iconic history and exciting future of Holloway Park. You’ll also find updates on our construction progress, details about upcoming events, and contact information to reach our team.
We host a monthly drop-in session where anyone can pop in and have a chat with us to find out more about the project. These take place on the first Wednesday of every month from 2:30pm – 4pm or from 5pm to 7pm, alternating afternoons and evenings, (if times vary we will notify you via our monthly newsletter) at our project office in the former Holloway Prison Visitors Centre, Parkhurst Rd, N7 OAF. Please come along if you’d like to chat.
Our next drop-in session will be on: Wednesday 2nd April 2025 between 2:30pm and 4pm
Over the past few months, Peabody has been working with a new architectural team to revisit its plans for Phase 2 and 3 of Holloway Park in response to changing building regulations and market conditions.
Building on conversations from our ‘Meet the Team’ event in December 2024 and first design workshop in March 2025, we are keen to share our early design work and approach with the community and hear your thoughts and feedback.
Join us at one of our drop-in events to hear from the team and have your say!
