Shortlisted for Women in Housing and Heros in Housing Awards

We have great news, the Women in Construction programme at Holloway Park has been shortlisted in two categories at the Women in Housing and Heroes in Housing Awards!

First in the Career development initiative of the year category (https://www.womeninhousingawards.co.uk/shortlist) which “recognises organisations that are leading the way in supporting and advancing the careers of women in the housing sector. We are looking for programmes or initiatives that demonstrate measurable impact in promoting gender equality, career progression, and leadership opportunities for women.”

And in the Outstanding achievement in training and recruitment category (https://www.housingheroesawards.co.uk/hha-shortlist) which “recognises individuals or teams who have shown exceptional commitment to attracting, developing, and retaining talent in the housing sector.”

Competition will be fierce in both categories but all shall be revealed on Monday 22 June!

This has been a fantastic example of partnership working especially from Allison  who is from the Green skills & jobs team at the London Borough of Islington working together with Tsion from the Holloway Park team here.
