To help our local community a couple of Holloway Park staff helped out at the Penn Road street party last Saturday.
This is an annual event which takes place in the lovely shady Penn Road gardens which are looked after so well by local volunteer gardeners keeping this green space looking so well cared for.
The event was well attended by residents, families with plenty of volunteers helping out on the stalls and selling raffle tickets etc. We donated 4 tickets day passes to go to Kew Gardens as one of the excellent prizes available on the day. There were food stalls and drinks, music, a magician making things disappear and also a visit from the London Fire Brigade was particularly enjoyed by the younger residents.
